The Keyes site did almost everything wrong. Site frames had no alternative version. On Home Page Reader, auto-refresh looped endlessly back to the start. Links were sometimes described, usually not. Frames were without descriptive titles; even the news page was just called "footer". There were no text links to previous pages in frames; once on a page, it was difficult to leave it.
