Candidate Gore's site promises a great deal, but falls down on delivery of more than basic access. In context of other candidate sites, Gore's takes care with almost all Level 1 issues. However, the automatic page refresh seriously damages this access as it interrupts other pages being read. This serious flaw drops it down below the intelligent server of McCain's site managers. Gore's multimedia also lacks synchronous text or captions.
